Description

Are you more of a regular coffee person or a specialty brown sugar latte person? Lately, I’ve been making many lattes and experimenting with different flavors. This morning, I prepared something a little different for my husband and made this sweet latte! Elevate your day with a touch of sweetness and a whole lot of comfort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • Instant coffee 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence
  • 40 ml water

Instructions

  1. Prepare milk. In a cup add 2 tsp of brown sugar. Prepare the milk and heat for 30 seconds but avoid boiling. Mix hot milk with brown sugar. Add a drop of vanilla essence. Froth the milk using a milk frother. Also, you can froth the milk using a blender or a hand mixer.
  2. Prepare coffee. Add 2 tsp of instant coffee and 40 ml of warm water. Stir them until they dissolve.
  3. Assemble the latte. Pour the coffee over the milk and stir well.
  4. Garnish and serve. Sprinkle some brown sugar over the coffee. And serve.
