Description

A cup of caramel cappuccino is the epitome of sweetness!

A Caramel Cappuccino Recipe uses creamy milk, bold espresso, and buttery caramel flavor. This recipe is the best combination of caramel and coffee. It feels like a hug in cold weather.

If you can’t reach me this winter, I might have my nose buried in a book with a caramel cappuccino.

Here is an easy and delightful coffee recipe you can make at home. This coffee is ideal for chilly mornings and a wonderful boost for your afternoon.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients for Caramel Sauce

  • ¼ cup brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tbsp cream
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste

Ingredients for Cappuccino

  • 120ml hot and froth milk
  • One shot of espresso
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

Instructions for Caramel Sauce

Pour the water and sugar into a small pan over medium heat. Simmer the caramel sauce until the sugar is completely dissolved, then boil until the sauce thickens. After removing the pan from the stove, add butter and cream.  Whisk the mixture thoroughly until fully combined, then season with salt to your liking.

Instructions for Caramel Cappuccino

  1. Froth. Use a frother to froth the milk until it becomes creamy and frothy. You can use a hand frother.
  2. Combine. Add one tablespoon of caramel sauce and one shot of espresso to a cup. Pour the hot milk over the frothy coffee mixture.
  3. Toppings. Top with foamy milk froth, a drizzle of caramel syrup, and cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Froth the milk thoroughly to achieve a rich, creamy foam.
  2. Heat the milk individually to control the temperature and avoid boiling.
  3. Experiment with the shots of espresso and milk to get your favorite flavor profile.
