Description

Bake cake? Bake bread? This time I made a bake salmon sushi recipe instead. You can make such a beautiful and delicious dish with a few ingredients, perfect for your family dinner, business events, and potlucks. They are simple to prepare and can be adjusted with your preferred vegetables or toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Oil
  • 8 oz Imitation Crab
  • 1/2 Cup Green onions
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Kewpie Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • Furikake Seasoning
  • Spicy Mayo

Toppings:

  • Sriracha
  • Spicy Mayo
  • Green Onions
  • Dried Seaweed
  • Sliced Avocado

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon. Now coat the salmon fish with some olive oil. Now season the salmon with black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Ensure that the salmon is seasoned on all sides. After coating, place your salmon on a baking sheet, then bake salmon at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. After baking the salmon place, it in a bowl and shred it with a knife. After salmon shred the imitation crab and chop them into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Combine Salmon and Crab. In the next step add salmon and imitation crab, 2 oz of cream cheese, a quarter cup of kewpie mayonnaise, one tablespoon of sriracha and half a cup of green onions. Mix it until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Bake. In a baking dish add the short-grain sushi rice we prepared before. Spread the rice and flatten it, then add furikake. seasoning on rice. Now add the crab and salmon mixture. Make sure to spread evenly on sushi rice. Now bake it in an oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  4. Toppings. Once baked salmon sushi has finished cooking in the oven, now we can add toppings. First add a drizzle of sriracha, next add a drizzle of spicy mayonnaise, then add some green onions. Now add a sprinkle of black sesame seeds and furikake seasonings. Now add some slices of avocado. And our baked salmon sushi is ready .The salmon sushi baked is extremely delicious.
  5. Serve. Serve this with roasted nori sheets. When you are eating this, take a scoop of baked salmon sushi and then place your scoop on a piece of dried seaweed to make it taste better and enjoy!

Notes

  • For baked salmon sushi always use skinless and boneless salmon
  • Use fresh quality salmon fish.
  • If you don’t have spicy mayonnaise, you can mix sriracha with kewpie mayonnaise.
  • Always check your salmon sushi at the time of baking to avoid overcooking. 
  • Serve baked salmon sushi warm to enjoy its extreme flavor.
