Ingredients
- 1 large Horseradish root – 8-10 oz
- 1 small lemon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 cup of ice water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish.
- Add flavorings: Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Mix well: Thoroughly combine all ingredients until the sauce is smooth and evenly distributed.
- Chill and serve: For best flavor, cover and chill the sauce for a minimum of 1 hour to enable the flavors to combine.
Notes
