Blueberry cookies are an incredible delight when it is the season of blueberry. Blueberry cookies recipe is a treat for spring My uncle has a blueberry farm and when the season of blueberries comes, I go to his farm and bring so many blueberries and make blueberry cookies. My friends and family love to eat blueberry cookies.

- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- Half tablespoon salt
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven. First, prepare the oven. Set your oven to 350°F (180°C). Then put parchment paper on the baking sheet.
- Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients. Take one stick of softened butter in a bowl, add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and mix them with an electric hand mixer. Now beat the egg and half a tablespoon of vanilla essence and mix them again with a mixer until they become a creamier form.
- Add All-purpose Flour. Add baking powder, all-purpose flour, and salt and mix this mixture to become soft dough.
- Fold the Bueberries. Add powdered sugar in one cup of fresh blueberries and then to prepared cookie mixture. Carefully fold the blueberries through the mixture.
- Scoop and Bake. Roll the cookie dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place onto a baking line evenly spaced. Place them in an oven. After baking for 12 minutes, serve it once cooled and enjoy!
- Serve. Serve them with tea or coffee.
Notes
- Do not melt your butter or else cookies will not stay firm.
- For best results leave your butter out for an hour or so to soften.
- Always measure ingredients for perfect blueberry cookies.
- For a better taste use fresh blueberries full of flavor. Don’t compromise on the quality of blueberries.
