Description

Today I want to add some sweetness to your life by this Peach Bread Recipe. This recipe is made from summer peaches which is delicious, moist, quick, and easy to make. It’s great for a breakfast party, brunch, coffee break, or evening tea. Peaches are everywhere during summer. So instead of using canned peaches I am using fresh Peaches in this recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 egg
  • Half cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup diced (peaches)
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

For Optional Glazing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Notes

  • Too soft or ripe peaches will make our peach bread soft. If you don’t have fresh peaches, you can use canned peaches.
  • Keep your peach bread batter sparingly because overmixing our batter will make it challenging.
