Description

Whipped honey recipe is an easy recipe and so delicious as it is the perfect spread for bread, in smoothies, on waffles, and other drinks. Will you try making this simple & delectable delight? If yes, then dive deeper!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  1. Pure honey in mixer All you must do is add honey to an electric mixer.
  2. whipping honey Whisk on low speed for 2 minutes. Increase the speed to high and then whip the honey for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to change. I am whipping 1 cup of honey. If you are whipping a large amount of honey then increase the time of whisking till it gets smooth, light, and airy.
  3. add vanilla in whipped honey Add vanilla once the color begins to turn lighter and caramel white in color. Honey will turn into a soft cream color & become airy. Spoon into a jar with a tight closing lid and enjoy your whipped honey.

Notes

Serve it on toast, waffles, and sourdough bread.

  • Sandwiches, and crackers.
  • Pair with fruits and berries like strawberries.
  • Frosting on cupcakes, cookies, and cakes.
  • Flavor with yogurt.

Stir in coffee, tea, or smoothies. Stir in our cappuccino blast or oat milk latte.

Store the whipped cream in a glass jar with an airtight container and store it at room temperature or in the fridge to keep its texture thicker. Prevent it from direct sunlight and store it in cool places because high temperatures will make the honey runny rather than fluffy and dense. That creamed honey is not something I suggest freezing.

Crystalized Honey. Soft set honey is naturally occurring but at low temperatures or with time, the melted soft honey starts to form tiny crystals in pure honey. Crystalized honey can also be used. If the honey is crystalized, then warm the honey jar in a warm bowl of water or microwave it shortly for 10 seconds.

Honey Temperature. Use the honey at room temperature for better whipping. Cold-temperature honey will not produce the perfect whipped honey and create hindrances in the whipping process.

Whipping Speed. It’s better to start whipping at low speed and then gradually turn the low speed to high for best whipping. If the whipped honey starts to crystallize again then whip it again before using it.
