Ingredients for Cappuccino Blast
- Vanilla ice cream: Use simple vanilla ice cream scoops. I am using 4 scoops of vanilla for two mugs of cappuccino. Vanilla will add a rich and creamy flavor to our vanilla iced cappuccino.
- Coffee: I am using simple coffee and will directly add it to the blender. You can also use 1 cup of brewed coffee instead of 2 tablespoons of coffee.
- Brown sugar: It will add a perfect sweetness to our vanilla iced cappuccino. This sugar is optional. I like to add brown sugar for good flavor, but you can skip it too if you like less sweetness.
- Milk: I am using whole milk, but you can use your favorite milk like low-fat milk. If you are looking for vegan alternatives, then you can go with almond milk or coconut milk.
- Ice cubes: Use 2 cups of ice cubes or crushed ice. I am using ice cubes because my blender has a feature for crushing ice but if you don’t have then opt for crushed ice. Ice will add a smooth thick texture to our cappuccino iced.
- Toppings: You can add your favorite toppings like caramel or chocolate. I am using whipped cream as a topping along with crushed chocolate and cinnamon to sprinkle for a refreshing flavor.
Instructions
Step 1. Combine the milk, coffee, brown sugar, and vanilla ice cream and blend it for about 30 seconds on medium speed.
Step 2. Add ice cubes or crushed ice into the blender and blend it again for about 20-30 seconds on high speed or until it becomes smooth. I have a crushing ice feature, so I am turning that feature on while blending. If you don’t have such a feature on your blender then use crushed ice.
Step 3. Serve the coffee in your favorite coffee mug. Top the cappuccino blast with some whipped cream, add crushed chocolate and sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy this homemade cinnamon blast.

- Chill out the milk to get an extra frothy flavor of the coffee. If you are brewing coffee, then chill it as well.
