  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup of ice water

Cut the Horseradish root into pieces and peel. Once peeled, cut the Horseradish root into small chunks. Put slices of Horseradish root into a food processor. Pour liquid ingredients into the food processor. Pulse food process until desired consistency. Add additional ice water if desired. Horseradish can be stored for up to 4 weeks. It can be frozen for up to 6 months.
