Description
Are you a Cappuccino lover? If yes, then you must be excited to know the whole cappuccino blast recipe. My day is incomplete without coffee. I am always willing to try different coffees. I like to have a coffee at some café but as a working lady, I want to try different coffees at home. I tried the famous Baskin Robbins cappuccino blast so I will share my version of this coffee.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cups ice cubes (or crushed ice)
- 2 tablespoons crushed chocolate
- Cinnamon for sprinkle (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Combine the milk, coffee, brown sugar, and vanilla ice cream and blend it for about 30 seconds on medium speed.
- Add ice cubes or crushed ice into the blender and blend it again for about 20-30 seconds on high speed or until it becomes smooth. I have a crushing ice feature, so I am turning that feature on while blending. If you don’t have such a feature on your blender then use crushed ice.
- Serve the coffee in your favorite coffee mug. Top the cappuccino blast with some whipped cream, add crushed chocolate and sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy this homemade cinnamon blast.
Notes
- Chill out the milk to get an extra frothy flavor of the coffee. If you are brewing coffee, then chill it as well.
- As vanilla ice cream is sweet itself you can adjust the sweetness. If you like your cappuccino blast to be less sweet, then skip the brown sugar or add less.
- Drink your cappuccino right after you are done serving it in your coffee mug for the best creamy texture.
- Different blenders have different power while blending. So, take an eye on the blender and blend until you are satisfied with the consistency of the iced cappuccino blast.
