- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions
- Prepare the Noodles. Boil the yakisoba noodles according to the instructions given behind the packet. After boiling, strain the noodles in a strainer and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and toss the noodles.
- Preparing sauce for hibachi steakhouse noodles. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic. Fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Assembling the sauce and the noodles. Now sprinkle some salt and black pepper. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar. Now add cooked yakisoba noodles to the pan and stir-fry. Combine the sauce and noodles and heated through.
- Finish and Serve. Adjust seasoning if needed, adding more soy sauce or salt according to your taste. Now garnish with some sesame seeds or green onion if you like. Serve this hot.
